RENDERING

Project: The Gallup Organization Office Building Proposal. The Gallup Organization expressed a desire to build a fourth office location in Lincoln.

Date of Execution: December 22, 1999

Client:  Hampton Enterprises

Project Summary: Just like many other developers, our friends from Hampton Enterprises were quick to respond to the news that Gallup needed another office building. While several other companies were competing for the same project, we wanted to ensure that our client made a good first impression.

Self Analysis: The design of the building shown would be compatible to the other office buildings within the surrounding area. Overall, I believe that the developer was well equipped with a professional presentation that included a site plan and rendered elevations. But after all this effort, Gallup selected another city for their planned project.

Results/Personal Information: My personal goal for this project was to complete the presentation materials in under eight hours. By the end of the day the rendering was completed with small embellishments added the next day as requested by the principal architect - Michael Bott. Still, I was pleased with my efficient preparation of this proposal.
